Dr. Robert Bulger Robert R. Bulger, MD
Dr. Bulger attended Mayo Graduate School of Medicine and completed an internship and residency at Emory University as well as a pain management fellowship at Penn State. He is board certified by the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS) in pain management and anesthesiology.

Bulger is a past president of the Dallas County Anesthesia Society, visiting professor at UT Southwestern Medical Center and contributing author of a major surgical text on pain. He has lectured locally and nationally on pain therapies and has been selected as one of D Magazine’s Best Doctors in Dallas and Collin County multiple times.

Dr. Bulger has been in private practice since 1986

renaud p rodrigue Renaud P. Rodrigue, MD
Dr. Rodrigue attended Louisiana State University New Orleans Medical School and completed an internship and residency at Charity Hospital of New Orleans, as well as a pain management fellowship at the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, MN. He is ABMS certified in pain management and anesthesiology. Rodrigue is a recognized expert in the use of spinal cord stimulation and frequently trains other pain management physicians in the use of this technique.

Additionally, he has experience in innovative techniques for the treatment of chronic headaches. He has been selected as one of D Magazine’s Best Doctors in Dallas multiple times.

Jeff Stone Jeff Stone, MD
Dr. Stone graduated from the University of Alabama School of Medicine in 1996, then completed his residency at University of Alabama Hospitals where he was Chief Resident from 1999-2000. He went on to complete a fellowship in pain management at Wake Forest University School of Medicine and is ABMS certified in anesthesiology.

While serving as president of North Texas Anesthesia, Dr. Stone joined Southwest Pain Group team to expand our provider services for patients in need of injection therapy for pain control.

Dr. Stone has been in practice for 10 years.
 
Radhika Ravula Radhika Ravula, MD
Dr. Ravula graduated from the University of Texas Medical Branch-Galveston with a Master’s degree in pharmacology, and completed a residency in anesthesiology at Harvard Medical School. She completed her fellowship in pain management and is ABMS certified in anesthesiology and pain management.

Although Dr. Ravula is skilled in all techniques of interventional pain management, she has a special interest in the treatment of patients with fibromyalgia. Additionally, she is a specialist in the use of Botox for the treatment of severe muscle spasm and migraine headaches.

Dr. Ravula has been in private practice since 2000, and has been selected as one of the Nation’s Top Anesthesiologists by the Consumer Research Council of America.

 
Kevin Huddleston Kevin Huddleston, CRNA
Thomas K. Huddleston is a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA). He has been with Southwest Pain Group since 2002 specializing in anesthesia and sedation for pain procedures. An anesthesia provider since 1982, Kevin performs approximately 5,000 cases per year. He has been a solo rural practitioner covering two critical access hospitals in west Texas; CRNA group practice partner; and urban, Trauma One healthcare system anesthesia provider. Kevin obtained his bachelor of science in nursing from Texas Christian University, his registered nurse designation and his CRNA from Harris Hospital School of Nurse Anesthesia (now Texas Wesleyan University program in nurse anesthesia).
 
Eric Buchl Eric H. Buchl, MPAS, PA-C
Eric earned his master’s in physician studies from Marquette University, and is recognized as a Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C) by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Eric has presented research nationally and internationally at the North American Spine Society, International Meeting on Advanced Spine Techniques, and Scoliosis Research Society meetings. He has a passion for clinical research and aims to develop research protocols for Southwest Pain Group.

He has 11 years of experience working with spinal deformities and the work-up and treatments of complex spinal conditions.
 
Rachel Self Rachel Self, FNP-C
Rachel obtained her undergraduate degree in nursing from Angelo State University in San Angelo, Texas. She received her graduate degree from Texas Woman’s University as a family nurse practitioner. Prior to joining Southwest Pain Group she worked as a nurse practitioner manager for a concierge medical practice.

She has 14 years experience working with spinal cord injury, brain injury, orthopedic post-operative and chronic pain patients.
 
amardeep Amardeep K. Gill, FNP-C
Amardeep joined SWPG in January of 2013. Originally from Punjab, India, she received her undergraduate degree in nursing from Christian Medical College and Hospital, India. Amardeep moved to Texas in 1999 and went on to receive her graduate degree from the University of Texas in Tyler as a Family Nurse Practitioner. She now has 13 years of experience working in orthopedic, acute and chronic pain management. Amardeep has been married for 15 years and has two daughters. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and working in her flower garden.
 
Stacey McShan LaLumia Alice Angier, Practice Administrator
Alice recently joined Southwest Pain Group and is responsible for management of group practice operations and business development. She graduated from Trinity University in San Antonio with a bachelor’s degree in communications. Alice comes to SWPG with 25+ years of experience in marketing, communications and account services. She has worked in the industrial maintenance, entertainment, advertising and restaurant industries.  Alice’s husband of ten years, Robb, is a nurse manager at a pain management practice in Dallas. Alice enjoys helping non-profit pet rescue groups, biking and hiking with her husband.
 
Jason Cobb Jason Cobb, Director of IT Services
Jason has over 18 years experience in the field of information technology, with 7 years at SWPG. Jason grew up in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and received his education from the Dallas County Community College District, University of North Texas and East Texas State University. His hobbies include kung fu, playing the guitar, going to the lake and playing video games.
 
Timothy Thigpen Timothy Thigpen, NRCMA, Clinical Operations Manager & Compliance Officer
Tim has worked in pain management since 2006, and joined SWPG in 2009. His duties include managing operations for the back office staff: HR issues, training, and assisting staff members when needed. Tim assists providers in daily clinics and procedures and works with other key management daily to create new policies and procedures. Tim is also the Compliance Officer which involves insuring that the office and staff are OSHA- and HIPAA-compliant. Tim ensures the highest level of customer service is offered between patients and his staff. He's a native Texan, and moved with his partner Tony to Dallas in 2009. They share interest in the opera, theater, travel and shopping, particularly at Christmas.
 
Debbie Hetherington Debbie Hetherington, Scheduler
Debbie has worked at SWPG for nine years, where she is responsible for scheduling new patients, coordinating OR cases, faxing orders to facilities and answering doctors’ calls. The married mother of three was born in Dallas and grew up in Garland, where she attended North Garland High School. Among Debbie’s favorite pastimes are shopping and watching her children play sports.
 
Gwen Davis Gwen Davis, Scheduler
Gwen recently joined the SWPG staff and brings over 5 years experience with her. She is originally from Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she received her education at Milwaukee Area Technical College. Gwen's duties at SWPG include answering the phones and scheduling patient appointments. In her spare time, Gwen enjoys traveling, basketball and working with children.
 
Shannon Tune Shannon Tune, Receptionist
Shannon has been in the medical field for 6 years—all at SWPG. At SWPG, Shannon is responsible for patient check-in and check-out, payments, scheduling, answering the telephone, and other office duties. Born and raised in Arlington, Texas, Shannon graduated from Lamar High School. She is married with one daughter named Sierra and three adorable dogs--Lux, Taz, and Bandit. Her hobbies include sleeping, fishing, rock climbing, reading, drawing, painting, crafts and playing with her daughter Sierra.
 
Stacey Parker Stacey Parker, Eligibility Specialist/Back-Up Receptionist
Stacey has been with SWPG for almost nine years, and is responsible for managing patient insurance eligibility and providing pricing quotes. She is also responsible for patient check-in and check-out, payments, scheduling, answering phones and other assigned office duties. A Waco native who grew up in Duncanville, Texas, Stacey has a teenage daughter and enjoys shopping and going to the movies.
 
Michelle Mathews Lizette Medina, Medical Assistant
Liz has nine years of experience in pain management—including five at Southwest Pain Group. Born in Houston, Liz grew up in Rockwall, Texas. She graduated from Rockwall High School before attending Education America. At SWPG, she is Dr. Rodrigue’s medical assistant. She is married with one lovely daughter named Melanie Rose and two great dogs named Sandy and Gordo. Her hobbies include soccer and jogging.
 
Angela Greenlee Angela Greenlee, RMA
Angela has been with the Southwest Pain Group for eight years with a total of 10 years in the field. At SWPG, Angela assists Dr. Bulger and acts as a traveling medical assistant to all of our facilities. She is certified as a registered medical assistant, is CPR certified and has completed training in HIPPA and OSHA compliance. Born in Waxahachie, Texas, she grew up in Palmer/Ennis, Texas. She knew early on that she wanted to pursue a career in the medical field and attended Education America where she received certification as a medical assistant. She enjoys spending time with her kids, and attending their baseball and basketball games.
 
Erika Wynn Erika Wynn, MA
Erika has three years of medical experience and has been with SWPG since late 2011.  A medical assistant, Erika assists our physician assistant, Eric Buchl, and other providers, offers general patient care, assists during injections and pre-/post-op, along with other duties. A native of Shreveport, Louisiana, Erika moved to Dallas after graduating with a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from Southeastern Louisiana University. Her hobbies include shopping, painting and playing the piano.
 
Brenda Ray Brenda Ray, RMA
Brenda is certified as a registered medical assistant, with more than 20 years of experience—11 at Southwest Pain Group. Her duties at SWPG include direct patient monitoring in pre-op/recovery, prior authorizations for prescriptions, medical phone triage and return calls, and helps to monitor supplies. Born in Dallas, Brenda grew up in Garland, Texas and is a graduate of South Garland High School and attended Eastfield College. She has two adult sons, several pets, enjoys playing tennis and loves the Texas Rangers.
 
Erika Wynn Ashley Cutrer, LVN
A recent addition to the Dallas area, Ashley is also new to the SWPG staff. As a certified LVN, Ashley helps with patient monitoring during pre-op and recovery and also assists with procedures. Additionally, she's certified in CPR and first aid. Born in Odessa, Texas, Ashley grew up in Crane, Texas, and spent several years in Midland before moving to Dallas, where she lives with her five-year-old daughter. She enjoys playing with her little girl, spending time with her huge family, traveling, camping, hiking and anything sports related.
 
Glenda S. Garner Glenda S. Garner, NRCMA
Glenda joined SWPG in 2012 and possesses 8 years experience in the medical field. She received her education at Westwood College. As a certified medical assistant, Glenda assists in pre-/post-op, manages the pharmacy dispensary and lab and offers general patient care. She enjoys serving her community as a volunteer visiting and teaching children in boarding schools and halfway houses. Her hobbies include shopping, reading and using her creative talents.
 
Nancey London Cynthia R. Ryan, Medical Records Coordinator
Cindy joined Southwest Pain Group in March, 2012 with 18 years of experience in medical records and related fields. Cindy is an Air Force “brat”, born in Idaho and raised in Phoenix, AZ. She graduated summa cum laude with an associate’s degree in Commercial Art from Phoenix Junior College and is HIPAA-certified. Cindy resides in Garland with her husband of 32 years and has two grown children. She enjoys photography, reading and theater.
 
Nancey London Nancey London, Medical Transcriptionist
Nancey is native of Miami Beach, Florida with multiple degrees from the University of Florida, Santa Fe Community College, Florida International University and the University of Colorado. Her certifications include coursework in anatomy, physiology, pharmacology, and multi-medical specializations. She has over 14 years of total experience, with 6 years at SWPG, where she transcribes, proofreads, and edits history and physicals, chart notes, procedure notes, and general correspondence. She also creates and edits miscellaneous documents, and faxes them to physicians as well as patients. Married with two children and one grandchild, Nancey’s other interests include the Boy Scouts, sports, sailing, outdoor activities, and her two German Shepherds.
 
Corey Young Corey Young, Revenue Cycle Manager
Corey Young holds a BS in Administration of Justice and a minor in Psychology from Texas Southern University. She is studying for her Masters in Healthcare Administration and is a member of the Golden Key Honor Society. Corey joined Southwest Pain Group in November 2012. She supervises reimbursement management as well as managing the new billing and insurance departments. Corey is experienced in strategic planning, multi-facility operations and revenue cycle management. Corey is married with three children and enjoys family activities, travel and making homemade candles.
 
Nancey London Lori Hallmark, Insurance Coordinator
Lori has been in the medical field for more than 35 years and joined SWPG two months ago. She takes care of insurance verification for patients and makes sure all of their information is correctly entered. Born in Opelousas, LA and raised in Mesquite, TX, Lori has one daughter and four granddaughters. With six dogs and two cats, there's no sign of an empty nest yet. She divides her time between caring for her elderly mother and spending time outdoors – whether she's tending to the plants in her garden or enjoying a summertime splash in the pool.
 
Stephanie Clay Stephanie Clay, Payment Poster Specialist
Stephanie is a recent addition to the SWPG staff and brings with her over 19 years total experience. She ensures all payments, adjustments, and denials are posted and notated to the highest degree of accuracy and security. Stephanie was born and raised in Marianna, Arkansas and received her education from Philander Smith College in Little Rock and Cohoma Community College in Mississippi, where she met her husband of over 18 years, Nathaniel. They have one daughter, LaTerra, who is a freshman in college. Stephanie enjoys serving her community as a volunteer with her women's ministry group at church. Her hobbies include entertaining, watching HGTV and traveling.
